Ross Vaughn, artist and photographer has donated this Tryptic to the Foundation, a part of a new series of paintings grounding himself in colour.
An art facilitator for people with disabilities, Ross completed a Bachelor of Arts (Visual Arts) in 1994 from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts and has been teaching and producing art ever since.
Ross sees his art as a way to achieve clarity in himself and a visual way of letting people see the process of his journey.
In this piece the colours reflect a mood and theme. Ross says that while the reds and oranges are confrontational colours, he has tried to use them in a calming way.
Thank you for your support, Vaughn.
